How much does international shipping cost?
We offer free shipping with UPS or Correos Express in the European Union and shipment with UPS in the UK, Asia, America, Israel and Cyprus from 5€ to 15€ cost depending on the area.
How long does International shipping take?
We currently offer UPS in the European Union, which typically takes up to 3 to 5 business days depending on the area. We offer UPS express in the European Union for 10€ for 24h to 48h delivery.
For intentational shipments outside the European Union, we ship with UPS for 10€ depending on the area which normally takes up to 2 to 6 business days to be delivered.
We offer UPS express in the UK for 10€ cost, which takes 1 to 3 days to be delivered.
For prescription lenses, it normally takes from 5 to 10 working days to be shipped depending on the case.
Destino Eyewear S.L is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. A helpful link to calculate how much you will be charged for customs depending on your country is dutycalculator.com. Please note, however, even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays. If you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Duty Fees will not be refunded on returns for this shipping method.

How much does shipping cost in Spain?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders within Spain via Correos Express courier.
How long does domestic shipping take in Spain?
Standard orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days. Orders are in transit business days only. Sometimes processing may take longer, however, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. We do our very best to keep up with our stock, but due to demand, some items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed between 7 to 14 days. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.
Eyewear Club will not be held responsable for claims made more than 2 weeks after reception with proof of delivery (signed parcel document).
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We do not offer refunds after 14 days of receiving the product.
Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we charge 15€ when providing the label to return the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For all returns from the European Union you can download your label in our returns portal including your order number and postal code:
Once you have your pre-paid label, please use the original box including the invoice inside the box and drop it in the closest UPS pick up point in the European Union countries or Correos office for returns in Spain.
Outside the European Union the customer is responsible on sending the parcel back and Eyewear Club won't be able to send a prepaid label. Custom fees for sending back the parcel will be charged to the customer. To start a return outside the European Union, please contact Customer Service department at email@example.com to receive the shipment instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Prescription products returns policy
In the returns of glasses with prescription lenses, only the glasses will be reimbursed. In the case of prescription lenses, according to the General Law for the Defense of Consumers, they are exempt from the right of withdrawal because it is a personalized product. We will reimburse you for prescription and multifocal lenses if it is a defective or wrong product.
Once we receive and verify the status of the return, we will proceed to refund the amount of the value of the returned goods (transportation costs or cash on delivery surcharges or possible customs expenses will not be reimbursed, since the services have been provided) . The payment of the amount will be made in the same way in which the payment of the product was made.
If by mistake we send you a product other than the one requested or defective, we will withdraw it and send the correct one and we will take care of the expenses incurred. It is important that you notify us within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the product, they will not be accepted after this period.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
You will be able to exchange the product once or do a return, but you won't be able to do a return of the exchanged product.
